Kevin Wheeler is an author, teacher, consultant, and speaker. Kevin is President and founder of both The Future of Talent Institute and Global Learning Resources, Inc. The Future of Talent Institute is an educational and research organization focused on researching the future of work, talent acquisition, and learning. Global Learning Resources, Inc. is a consultancy.

He is a well-known public speaker on talent management, recruitment, and learning with a focus on identifying emerging trends and issues. He is also the author of hundreds of articles on talent management, career development, recruiting, human capital, leadership and on corporate universities and learning strategies. His weekly newsletter, The Future of Talent Weekly is read by over 6,000 recruiters and recruiting leaders. His latest book, available in March 2024, is titled “Talent Acquisition Excellence: Using Digital Capabilities and Analytics to Improve Recruitment.”

He has served as adjunct faculty at the University of San Francisco, San Jose State University, and on the business faculty at San Francisco State University.
