AI4T Event Refund Policy:

Virtual Live Events:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund.
• Less than 30 days before the event: Event Credit voucher for a future event.
• Note: We are unable to provide refunds after your participation in our live virtual event.

Requesting a Cancellation or Transfer:

• A DigiPass ticket may be transferred to another person 30 days prior to the start of an event without penalty, subject to approval from AI4T. 
• To cancel or transfer a DigiPass ticket, please contact us with the attendee's name, company name, title, phone number, email address, and the reason for cancellation. If transferring the registration, please provide the same information for the new attendee.
• Terms and Conditions of the cancellation policy are subject to change by AI4T organizers.

Workshop Training:

• Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds after your participation in our live event training.

Event Sponsors, AI Product Showcase Exhibitors, and Advertisers:

• Any refunds or make-goods are governed by the specifics outlined in your signed contract.

Early Bird Specials: We offer an early bird pricing discount, but it's available only while supplies last. If you miss the early bird pricing, you can find the current standard pass price outlined in the registration section from our homepage.

Group Discounts: We also provide discounts for groups of three or more attendees registering together. If you have a group of 3 or more registering, please submit your request through our contact us page to receive the discount code.

DigiPass Standard

• Regular "General Admission" ticket that grants full access to AI4T's 2024 2-day global virtual event.
• For Group Registration of three or more participants, please contact us to receive a discount code.

DigiPass Special

• Complimentary pass for media, analysts, investors, and individuals facing financial or situational hardships.
• Available exclusively upon request during the registration process. Terms and conditions apply.

Absolutely. We provide complimentary passes to individuals who fulfill any of the following conditions:

- Media Professionals: Active members of the media industry are eligible.

- Analysts: Individuals currently employed in a research or analysis capacity can apply.
